Challenge

Create the social media strategy of Libertex Américas, which was recently starting operations in Chile. Although the company has presence in other countries, the challenge here was to create something new and exclusive for the local market. Grow the social networkings and generates positive engagement was needed too.

Solution & Impact

I developed the strategy, witch included types of content we could create and what kind of goal and kpis each one should have.

With focus on Instagram and YouTube first, the implementation of the social media strategy generated a strong impact. In six months, we had a subscribers growth of 540% on YouTube and 590% on Instagram. But even after the implementation was done, we continued increasing the numbers and not only growing the channels as generating more engagement too. 

On YouTube we was the only brand in Chile (in the trader market) to do live streaming twice per day. After that, some other competitors implemented the same strategy.

 

My Role

  • Social Media Manager

As Social Media Manager, while I was implementing the strategy, I had to create the marketing area as well. I interviewed and made my team with the certainty to have some of the best talents working with me.
